Can I change or return my item?
Yes, your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns and exchanges on unused and undamaged items.
- Return Window: You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or used.
- How to Start a Return: To begin the process, please email us at anneliesdebruyne@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with simple instructions on how to proceed.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send out your exchanged item. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
