Returns & Refunds

14-day return right

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Candles that have been lit or used cannot be returned.

How to return

1. Email us at info@kaarsenbouckaert.be within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item(s) back within 14 days after letting us know. The cost of returning the item is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days after receiving your return request. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item(s) back. The refund is made to the original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
